EAST facing, in a residence with outdoor swimming pool, near the Golf course, this residence is ideal for spending holidays with friends or family. This two-room apartment has modern comfort, including a dishwasher and an equipped kitchen as well as air conditioning. With a surface area of 32 m², this apartment is suitable for accommodating 4 people. It has a 140 bed in the bedroom as well as a convertible sofa in the living room opening onto a beautiful terrace. There is also a separate bathroom and toilet. Friendly outdoor moments guaranteed. In spring as in summer in the early evening, on the terrace you will enjoy the flights of pink flamingos which pass above the residence. Free outdoor collective parking is available in front of the residence. You can only smoke outside. Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included in the rental price but are available at an additional cost on site or by pre-ordering if necessary. The swimming pool is located on the Ponant side (provided that sanitary conditions allow the opening of the swimming pool.
